                 in the Assets related list on an account.












                 Customer Assessments

                 The Customer Assessment section on the account is used by Account Management to capture the
                 Overall Account Satisfaction details, reducing a number of fields and making the information more
                 useful and meaningful to others.

















                 Account Management
                 The Account Management custom object is where the Account Managers (AMs) capture product-
                 specific satisfaction information. If an account has more than one product line there will be multiple
                 assessments. Click on the assessment you want to view to drill to additional information and AM
                 notes.
