It seemed like an impossible dream. My wife and I found the home

we’ve always wanted, but to get it we would have to sell our rental
property as well as our primary residence. The rental property had

a cloud on the title that I had unsuccessfully tried to clear up for

years. “This could never work, I thought”, our dream home seemed

just that” a dream.

Then my son recommended a realtor that had helped him success-

fully navigate the murky and turbulent waters of a home in foreclo-

I gave Helen a call, and that call set off a chain of events that ulti-

mately led to the unlikely and successful purchase of our once “out

of reach” new residence. Helen convinced the skeptical owner of

our dream home to accept what was essentially a double contin-

gency offer complicated by a serious title issue on one of the prop-
erties.

Helen, along with her realtor husband John, pulled off this dubious

feat in spectacular fashion, and I am not the proud owner of what
