All good things must come to an end, as today we bid a farewell to this year’s Conference. Check-
out is at 11.00am unless you request a late check out (additional cost) or you are extending your
time away. Whilst waiting for your airport transfer, you may want to simply relax poolside and
enjoy the swim up bar and facilities around the resort or; jump in a taxi and travel;
- 10mins South to Nusa Dua ‘Bali Collection’ Shopping Complex
- 45mins West to Uluwatu to enjoy world re-known cliffside bars & restaurants.
- 40mins North to Kuta to embrace the hustle and bustle of Bali shopping.
- 50mins further North to Seminyak to experience the colourful umbrellas of La Plancha Beach Bar & Restaurant and others
alike.

Transfers will be provided in accordance to your departure flight.

For those traveling from Sydney or Brisbane you will be traveling on an overnight service which gets you back into Australia on
Tuesday 24th March.

Children are classified as aged 0 - 16 years old. As per previous conferences, children are more than welcome to attend and are
indeed encouraged to do so. Most events are child friendly with the exception of the:

x Group Inspiring Breakfast (Friday 7.30am - 9.00pm)
x Conference Session (Friday 9.00 - 3.00pm)
x Supplier Tradeshow (Saturday 8.30am - 3.00pm)
x GALA Awards Dinner (Saturday 5.30pm - 10.30pm)
Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort welcomes children with open hands and offers up to 4 hours of complimentary “Kids Club”
everyday (during selected times and subject to availability).
An exclusive Goodyear Autocare Kids Club will be arranged for the night of the GALA Awards Dinner. This will include; dinner,
drinks, entertainment and qualified child carers for the 5 hour duration (5.30pm - 10.30pm). The additional cost for this is $95
per child. Please indicate on the online registration if you would like to book your child in.
If your child is 16yrs or older and would like to attend the Conference & Supplier Tradeshow, they are welcome to at an
additional cost.
