Complete the medical
All of our new signings are excited to come to Vitality Stadium and after they arrive, the rst thing they usually do is get examined by our medical team.
This ranges from simple exercises to seeing how far they can stretch, to having their legs measured!
This is all for the medics to use their expertise just to double-check that the player is in full health arriving at the club.
Meet the CEO
The rst part of the medical usually takes an hour, after that they’ll remain in their training wear, head upstairs and meet the chief executive Neill Blake.
They’ll more than likely sign the paperwork and nalise the transfer, that’s probably the most important thing!
