If you are professional every day, do all the right things from application in training to diet – then you earn respect for that and become a role model for your team mates.
Everyone is like that here in the squad, every single player works extremely hard every day and lives a professional lifestyle.

I always say that people should watch clips of Frank Lampard, who was one of the best mid elders in the world when he was playing and he was able to ghost into the penalty area and score plenty of goals.
I’d say you have to be very t, as you may need to make a late run into the area and explode past someone in front of you or who is marking you – it may not always fall for you but you have to be t and mentally prepared to keep running into the penalty area to help the strikers.
It takes time to practise, but as a mid elder it’s also good to be able to shoot from distance too.
