C.  TEACHERS  –  The teacher’s  role in  iPAUL  is as important  as it is in a traditional  classroom environment.  One  of the
           significant  roles  of  the  teacher  is  to  be  available  regularly  to  provide  guidelines  to  students  about  the  learning
           packet/module/material  and to clarify whenever misconceptions arise. The focus of Paulinian teachers shifts from passing
           along information  to students  to helping them become inquisitive  learners, critical thinkers, and creators of ideas.
              1.  Plan  l e ssons that are  relevant and appropriate to the present learning  environment.
              2.  Prepare appropriate  handouts  and  materials,  and  make  them  available  to  students  in a timely  manner.
              3.  Look  out  for  students  who  have  connectivity  problems,  or  are constrained  to  use learning packets/modules
                  instead  of going  online.
              4.  Be responsive  to the queries and concerns  of students  and parents.
              5.  Class Advisers/Mentors have  a  special responsibility to exemplify  personal care for students.

       D.    SPC  Sisters. With iPAUL, Paulinian formation evolves into spiritual sessions through Paulinians Connect, formation
           activities developed for students, parents and employees to continuously  nourish their faith and spirituality,  distantly
           connect to one another, and reach community  members in need. These activities revolve around serving, caring and
           shepherding from a distance. The Sisters will continue  to be spiritual guides and mentors whom students,  parents and
           employees could learn on and be on call for conversations or dialogue.

       E.    ALUMNI.  SPSB acknowledges the unwavering support and commitment  of its Alumni. As the school adapts the iPAUL
           program, our Alumni will remain steadfast in working collaboratively  with the school’s stakeholders in the fulfilment of
           its vision and mission. Aside from being ambassadors of the school, they will continue to be our partners in enriching
           various teaching and learning experiences, such as activities that will be beneficial to our students, especially in
           Paulinian values and character formation, career guidance and mentorship.

       ENROLMENT  PROCEDURES

       For Old/Returning  Students:

       1.  Access our online enrolment portal  at https://eap.ceap.org.ph/stpaulschoolbuug.
       2.  Submit a copy of your Certificate of Enrollment at stpaulschoolbuug@gmail.com.,  and wait for the confirmation of your
           assessment.
       3.  Once confirmed, you may now pay/settle your account (either at the Finance Office or thru bank payment).

       For New Students/Transferees:
       1.  Visit our Facebook page: www.facebook.com/sistersofstpaulbuug/  and/or Paulinian  Student Council  – SPSBuug.
       2.  Access our online enrolment portal at https://eap.ceap.org.ph/stpaulschoolbuug.
       3.  Submit an e-copy of the needed credentials and email them at  stpaulschoolbuug@gmail.com.,
       4.  Submit a copy of your Certificate of Enrollment at   stpaulschoolbuug@gmail.com.  and wait for the confirmation  of your
          assessment.
       5. Once confirmed, you  may now pay/settle your account  (either at the Finance Office or thru  bank payment).
