NOMINATIONS—CATEGORIES & COMPETENCIES

       The JERRYs Employee Recognition Program is designed to represent GOJO ways of working,
       including the GOJO competencies. GOJO competencies identify and develop organizational
       capabilities and individual knowledge, which are skills and behaviors needed to achieve business
       results. Each award category represented in The JERRYs was defined with GOJO competencies in
       mind. Below is a list of award categories along with an abbreviated definition and corresponding

       AWARD CATEGORIES

       INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
       •   Change Agent—A Change Agent is a person who can effectively cope and pivot with change and helps
           others do the same. Competency represented—Dealing with Ambiguity
       •   Coach of the Year—A Coach of the Year is a people-builder and team-builder. Competency
           represented—Building Effective Teams
       •   Lifelong Learner—A Lifelong Learner pursues knowledge with drive and a desire for learning.
           Competencies represented—Learning on the Fly & Personal Learning
       •   Safety Celebrity—A Safety Celebrity models, encourages and inspires others to work safely. Competency
           represented—Strategic Agility
       •   Courageous Communicator—A Courageous Communicator takes an alternative position to test the
           strength of opposing arguments or identify weaknesses. Competency represented—Managerial Courage
       •   Whole Systems Thinker—A Whole Systems Thinker understands how systems operate. Competency
           represented—Managing through Systems

       TEAM OR INDIVIDUAL AWARDS
       •   Continuous Improvement—An individual or team who exemplifies continuous improvement identifies
           opportunities to implement an improvement. Competency represented—Innovation Management
       •   Customer Focus—An individual or team who exemplifies customer focus is dedicated to meeting the
           expectations of internal and external customers. Competency represented—Customer Focus
       •   Doing What it Takes—An individual or team who exemplifies doing what it takes Is proactive, is focused on
           getting the job done and is willing to go the extra mile. Competency represented—Doing What it Takes
       •   Great Collaborator—An individual or team who exemplifies great collaboration makes the right
           connections between co-worker resources in a networked organization. Competency represented—
           Peer Relationships
       •   “How Might We…”—An individual or team who exemplifies “how might we…?” follows curiosity to form an
           idea, asks questions to test the idea and gathers data sources that may lead to a potential solution.
           Competency represented—Problem Solving
       •   Innovative Ways of Working—An individual or team who exemplifies innovative ways of working works with
           outside partners to bring in new products, and processes or business model innovation ideas to advance
           them within GOJO. Competency represented—Building Business Relationships
       •   Sustainable Ways of Working—An individual or team who exemplifies sustainable ways of working
           demonstrates a sustainability mindset to guide thinking and decision-making. Competency represented—
