SUBJECT: ANNOUNCING THE 2017 JERRYS FINALISTS:
RECOGNIZING ACCOMPLISHMENTS ACROSS THE
ENTERPRISE

2017 was quite a year! We took the marketplace by storm with the PURELL SOLUTION™, we transitioned our
Distribution Center from GOJO Lippman Campus to GOJO Wooster Campus, we continued the expansion of our
manufacturing capabilities at GOJO Wooster Campus, and much more. It’s important to share and learn about the
work each of us is doing, and The JERRYs Employee Recognition Program (affectionately known simply as “The
JERRYs”) is a wonderful and fun opportunity for us to do just that.

The JERRYs is a peer-to-peer recognition program that celebrates the achievements of employees. The JERRYs
is certainly designed to recognize the accomplishments achieved and major projects completed throughout the
year. The JERRYs also identify and help us all to learn about the contributions of individuals and teams across
the organization. These contributions are what make us successful as an Enterprise.

This year, we received an unprecedented number of nominations for The JERRYs. Nearly 600 GOJO
employees were nominated either as part of a team or as individuals. The number of nominations is a reminder
of how much we accomplished in 2017. Given the high number of nominations, we’ve modified our approach
and will invite only finalists to The JERRYs Celebration.
The Selection Team, which is made up of senior leaders from across the Enterprise, including myself, Mike
Dolan, Tim Dye, Bob Emmett, Sharon Guten, Ron Hammond, Prakash Hariharabalan, Carey Jaros, Jessica
McCoy, Steve Schultz, Robynne Sherrill, and Srini Venkatesh, was tasked with determining finalists and
winners of The JERRYs. The selection process involved a multi-step review of each nomination using pre-
established criteria, including categorical/competency fit, cultural fit, and overall impact. As a result of the
selection process, we will extend invitations to The JERRYs Celebration on April 9 to the nearly 300 GOJO

finalists. On the next pages, and on GNN, you’ll find a list of The 2017 JERRYs finalists.
To express our sincere gratitude for your efforts, all nominees of The 2017 JERRYs will receive a fleece throw
blanket. Blankets will be delivered in late March. We personally want to thank all GOJO employees for your
efforts throughout the 2017 year. We are excited to see what the rest of 2018 holds as we plan for today,
tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow.
