As of October, the GOJO Wooster Campus has over 100 full-time and 50+ temporary team
members employed in Distribution Center alone. The GOJO Wooster Campus Distribution
Center team provides logistics support to manufacturing operations and blow molding
operations. The GOJO Wooster Campus Distribution Center houses the Distribution Control
Center, which manages the

distribution network to
ensure streamlined shipping
and distribution of GOJO
products to customers.

GOJO Wooster Campus
has 20 operational dock
doors with 1400 pick-fronts.
A pick front is a pallet
position in the warehouse
that is systemically set up to
allow for case orders to be

picked from for customer shipments. GOJO Wooster Campus utilizes dynamic pick fronts,
which means if there is no demand for the product, a pallet is cycled out dynamically, and
pallets of higher demand are cycled into the pick fronts. Pick fronts can change daily.

This is an exciting time for GOJO, as the addition of the GOJO Wooster Campus facility and
operations prepares us to capitalize on our strategy of efficient and effective fulfillment. Thank
