Review of Decks
• This activity should occur daily if many students are insecure with the material covered so far. If you have only a few students who struggle, pull them aside for daily deck review and have the rest of the class review decks once a week.
• At this time the letter deck, picture deck, sight word deck, and spelling deck should include all active cards reviewed through Lesson 24.
Concept Review for Students
• Students should be seated at their desks with their workbooks, pencils, and some notebook paper.
“Today we’re going to be reviewing some more final, stable syllables.”
• Write the word section on the board.
