CREDIT CARD:
Student Activities Office and Clubs: Check out and set up an account with Clover Flex credit card machine through the Student Activities Office Coordinator.
All other Student Engagement Offices: Check out and set up an account with Clover Flex credit card machine through the Office of Multicultural Diversity Office Coordinator.
DEPOSIT CREDIT CARD:
Deposit of funds into the club or organization account takes place at the teller’s window in the Student Accounts Office. Please fill out the white deposit slip, which can be picked up in the Student Activities Office. You will need your club or organization account number to deposit funds.
CONTRACTUAL COMMITMENTS:
Student leaders should never in any circumstances represent themselves as agent of the college on any contractual agreement, purchase or obligation. Any contractual agreement, purchase or obligation must be executed by full time professional staff in the Student Activities Office. All contractual agreements, purchases or obligations must be reviewed by Purchasing before execution.
