Legal Affairs & Risk Management:
The Office of Legal Affairs & Risk Management oversees the College’s legal affairs, compliance activities, loss prevention, and insurance program. The department supports the mission of Wheaton College through proactive measures to protect its people and resources and by working to develop a culture of safety, prevention, and legal compliance.

• Risk Management requires that any vendor or service provider that will be doing work on campus needs to provide Purchasing with proof of adequate insurance before they can be allowed to commence work or be paid.
• Call Risk Management if you smell an unidentified odor, need safety training, want to know your emergency exit route or tornado shelter, are concerned about a strange substance or chemical,
