Staci Pitts has been nominated by the
Dispatch Supervisors as June’s “Agent
Spotlight” this month!
Staci is an inspiring Dispatcher who
influences others in a positive way! She
can multi-task well and is always willing to
help.
Staci started working for AAA ACMO in
September of 2018. In this short time, she
has transitioned from a Call Receiver to a
Dispatcher.
Recently, the Dispatch pod for New
Orleans has been a test group for a new
program called Field Service Lightning
(FSL). In this switch, Staci has truly stood
out and proved that she does well with this
change.
We commend Staci for being an efficient, hard-working, asset to the Club!
