No Bake Energy Bites
Hearty, filling, easy, fast, customizable and delicious—plus you don’t need to turn on the oven in July!
Ingredients:

Keep in mind that agave is the most neutral flavor. Using
maple syrup will eliminate the need for a lot of extra
flavorings. If using maple syrup, reduce amount slightly.
3. Add-ins
(choose from the following; suggested
measurements are below):
• Ground flaxseed (up to ½ cup)
• Chia seeds (1 tablespoon)
• shredded toasted (unsweetened) coconut (2/3 cup)
• chocolate or other baking chips (up to ½ cup)
chocolate, white chocolate, butterscotch…let your
imagination run wild!
• vanilla (for flavoring) (1 tsp)
• cocoa powder (1/4 cup)
• dried fruit (1/4 cup)
