Louis is a WFH agent in Kansas City. He has
worked for AAA for 1 year and has made
quite an impression since starting his career!
A Navy veteran, Louis has made it transparent
that his devotion and desire is helping others.
Per Chris Schoonover (Louis’ Supervisor), Lou has
received many member compliments during his first year with
the Auto Club. They are a result of him making a personal
connection with nearly every member, every time. He is a top
performer in AAR referrals.
More importantly, Lou shares his strategies with his co-
workers to help them to be more successful. Thank you, Lou,
