Q. How did you hear about the position with AAA?

        A. My dad actually ran across it and I had been wanting to find something more in the
way of 'doing something for people' as I missed that general feel from the military. He knew that

AAA had been around a few years (har har) and suggested that I look into it. 100% no regrets.

  Q. What kinds of things do you do (on and off the phone) that help you as a Call

 Receiver?

        A. On the call, I keep water, tea and protein drinks as they are all helpful to keeping
going. Green tea with Lemon is of God in this job...
Off the phone, I like to find as many creative outlets as I can to keep me smiling. I like to make
 others smile

A good mental state outside of work, leads to a good mental state inside of work, leads to a good
 mental state for the member.

  Q. Who inspires you in life?

        A. I'd likely run with Albert Einstein, I would urge anyone to read his quotes. He was
pretty good with math, but I think his true calling was sharp witted short statements.

  Q. What is something a friend or family member would say about you when

 describing who you are?

        A. I think most of my close friends would say how I am loyal. You can do something I tell

you is wrong and I'm still there to help you through it in the end HAHA.

  Q. What advice could you give someone who is interested in working from home?
What is something you wish someone had told you?

     • I don't think there's anything I was not 'told'. DeAndre (TX Trainer) provided all the

tools I needed in training. Honestly, AAA is fantastic at prepping people, from there it's
        simply up to them!
     • Be honest, your supervisor is sincerely there to help and intends to do just that, but only

as far as you empower them to do so. Also, ongoing coaching has been incredible.
     • Be kind, kindness at every step makes these interactions 100% more comfortable for our

members, thus it makes your interaction easier, in turn resulting in a better and stronger
        outcome.
