 Estonians are pretty casual about tipping, but here are some basic unwritten rules and manners
 about tipping: As mentioned, tipping is voluntary. If you do not like the service, you do not have
 to tip. However, 10% of the bill is polite and in many places expected for a satisfactory or good
 service


 European parliament banned operators from adding charges for using minutes, texts or data while   guide
 roaming in the EU, meaning there will be no extra charge for using their smartphones in the affec-
 ted countries ! This comes into effect starting May 18th for Orange clients, May 29th for Bouygues
 clients, and on June 15th for SFR clients. Free clients already benefit from this since March 2017.
