Bay Creek has always had its admirers and we’ve always enjoyed strong interest in our one-of-a- kind waterfront community here on
Virginia’s Cape.
But with the new plans and development as the newest member of the Preserve Communities portfolio, there’s a noticeable new energy in the air. We are excited to announce that we have had the BEST RECEPTION EVER at the Ideal Living Shows.
Bay Creek’s participation at the recent Ideal Living shows garnered an unprecedented amount of interest from residents in the key markets of New Jersey, Connecticut and DC. Inquiries and information requests shattered records—and it has been an absolute pleasure to have an overabundance of excited new prospects for ownership and membership at Bay Creek.
