The Oyster Collection is a family run collection of luxury boutique
hotels and guesthouses located in some of the most picturesque
locations in South Africa. The Collection has been built by Louise and
Nic Poole with their partners over 13 years. Their first property, The
Oyster Box Beach House in Kenton-on-Sea boasts some of the best
views of the South African Coastline.
Today the Collection is made up of 14 properties, each with their own
individual decor inspiriation but the same luxurious finishes and
personalised service that has come to epitomise The Oyster
Collection brand. The brand also expanded, several years ago, to
include a craft bar and eatery and coffee shop.
