it is safe to simply utilise the prayer as already constructed by Jesus to take care of the incursion of the evil one into our lives.
One more point about being careful with our use of “many words” when we pray. It is dangerous to fall into this temptation. Why do I say that? Check out this Scripture:
Proverbs 10:19 AMP
When there are many words, transgression and offense are unavoidable, But he who controls his lips and keeps thoughtful silence is wise.
When our words are too many, invariably we end up saying what we should not say, sinning, transgressing and offending God in the process. It happens as well in the place of prayer. It is wisdom to keep our words sharp, concise and pointed, avoiding vain repetitions and many words. It will also help us to focus on the issue at hand and keep our hearts from wandering from one issue or perspective to the other.
