YOUR LOVE IN THEM
among us can be fruitful without Him abiding in us and us abiding in Him. We understand from Galatian 5:22-23 that the fruit that is produced in our lives by the Spirit of God is primarily love.
When this fruit is present in our lives, the word of God assures us that whatever we ask the Father will be done for us.
John 15:9-10,16-17 NKJV
“As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. [10] If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love. [16] You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. [17] These things I command you, that you love one another.
Can you see that when we bear fruit according to what we have been chosen and appointed to do, whatever we ask the Father in the name of Jesus will be given to us? This is great power that the fruit of love grants us access to in the place of prayer. When you ask anything from God with a heart of love you are sure to hit the bullseye.
