One of the things we pride ourselves about here at TNE
Magazine is staying on top of the positive cultural trends
of our country. That's why we can really appreciate Asian
American owner Jenny Zheng for bringing the already
popular in China "Cheese Tea" concept to the states.
Seeing as in the asian culture most of their receipts aren't
really big on dairy when she originally discovered cheese
tea during a return trip to her home country of China.
Jenny knew that with the great array of cheese options
here in the states she could put together receipts that
would stay true to Chinese pop culture with an All-
