In 2016 there were 1,946 cases handled by Merseyside 400
Police Federation staff, the Federation office or via 160
referrals to specialists. This is equivalent of nearly 200 101
one in every two members contacting the Federation
for support or advice during the year. This includes 0 2016
receiving advice from a Federation rep, raising a formal Cases via Federation Office
case with the Federation office, or using the services of

Federation services. Nearly £2m has been Kinsella Clark Financial Assistance
successfully claimed and paid out to members
through the various schemes available over 2016.
This is more than the total value of subscriptions paid
by members across our schemes.
