The Business Development Department of Danube Properties manages the entire Dubai and Northern Emirates’ brokerage firms, which contributed to the sales of over 250+ units in our last two projects, namely Wavez Residence and Olivz Residence.
Our E-Broker portal was introduced by Danube Properties in the beginning of 2019. What makes E-Portal unique is that it’s one of the only systems specifically designed to support brokers’ sales by providing every detail of the project starting from availability, payment plan & Marketing material to the purchase of the unit. In addition, the system facilitates applying for the broker’s commission and getting a live feedback that has been added by our registered brokers. During the Global pandemic situation, the immense support and response that our new project has received is commendable considering

The above graph confirms that about 50% of our total sold inventory was contributed by our registered brokers, who continue to play a major role in Danube Properties’ success in getting its projects sold out in a record time. The success we accomplished alongside our brokers stems from their trust and support that have boosted our confidence to launch unique projects consecutively.
