IS NEARING COMPLETION!

The processes for completion are in progress, as we have successfully obtained the Dubai Civil Defense (DCD) completion certificate on June 17, 2020 and we have completed all internal and external works including Civil & MEP. NCC, the Nakheel Compliance Certificate, was also obtained from the master developer, and we are yet to receive the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) from Trakhees and expecting inspection from them within a week’s time. To prevent any delay, however, we

obtained a temporary BCC from Trakhees, which was used for the DEWA application for the power energization activation.
Once the final approval is confirmed for BCC, we shall perform testing and commissioning for all the equipment, deep cleaning, and installation of
furniture. The remaining authorities’ approvals, such as DU and SIRA, were submitted for final inspection and are yet to be approved. Moreover, we are pleased to announce that several complimentary upgrades were provided, such as:
• Anti-Carbonated wall paint in all parking areas to ensure no exhaust marks.
• Glass Roof above staircase of BBQ and Open Seating Area.
• Water feature & Planter box at the main entrance lobby.
• Balcony Aluminum sliding doors with advance lock system for better security and wood grain finishing from inside for
enhanced looks.
• Addition of d«cor paint on feature walls for all apartments.
• Fa≈ade lighting with built in lights inside the Mashrabiya decoration.
