Laura has been a rider her whole life and started playing polo in high school at Garrison Forest where she quickly fell in love with the sport. Laura attended Colorado State University where she majored in history and played on the varsity women's polo team. She played summer polo at Brandywine polo Club in P A where she met her husband, Jake Brown. Laura and Jake moved back to Maryland from Virginia where they had been playing at Roseland Farm.

Mary played with the Maryland Polo Girls Varsity team throughout high school and continued on to the University of Virginia, where she co-captained 3 out of her 4 years on Women's Varsity. During her time at UVA, Mary won two National Titles and was named as a Regional and National All Star. After graduating in 2017, Mary pursued a career in environmental conservation, returning to the polo field on lucky occasions. In 2021, she will complete a Masters in Conservation Leadership degree from Colorado Sate University.

Grace is a senior at Hereford High. She stays busy studying, working for her family’s farm market, caring for polo retirees Neon & Rudy, and of course...playing polo. Grace spends many days a week at her ‘second home’, Marlan Farms, where she boards Java and Mocha (the loves of her life!). Grace has played arena and outdoor polo for Kelly Wells since she was 10 years old. She’s enjoyed I/I polo, especially being part of the Maryland Rebels team since 2017. Her plans are to continue playing outdoor polo while attending Florida Atlantic University studying criminal justice/ foresnsics.
Abbie Grant -0.5/2/3/5
Abbie Grant, age 21, is the middle child of the Grant Family. She began showing at a young age, and excelled with her favorite pony, Jack, with whom she won many big shows. She began playing polo with Kelly Wells at age 10 and was a member of the Maryland Girls Varsity Team for six years, winning five National Titles. She was named the Girls Interscholastic Player of the Year. Abbie graduated from the Bryn Mawr School in 2019, and is currently at the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. She continues to play polo in university and this past February her team won their division at the SUPA Winter Nationals, where she was also awarded MVP.
