401(K) Salary Deferral Plan Provided by Principal Financial Group

Employees are eligible to participate after 90 days of employment. You must be 21 years of
age. Your entry date will be the first day of the month following your 90 day anniversary. MCU
contributes in two ways:
 Matches 100% of employee contributions up to 4% of salary deferral;
 On the last day of each year MCU contributes 2.5% of annual wages (provided the
employee is still employed on the last day of the year).
