Topbox Proposal Document Summary of Contract Terms

Unlike professional services-burdened solutions or tools that evaluate only a single customer communications channel, Topbox’s SaaS solution is integrated to your entire customer-facing technology stack out of the box and begins delivering insights immediately.
Topbox Standard Contractual Terms
Fee Structure
• Tiered pricing is based on the number of minutes, chats, surveys, product reviews, etc.
that are processed by the Topbox application
• No User License Fees – Unlimited Users
• No Implementation Fees
• No Training Fees
• No Annual Maintenance Fees
Integration
• Choose from ‘push’ (client initiated) or ‘pull’ (API-driven) data transfer methodologies
• Topbox has ‘out of the box’ integrations with all of the major call recording, chat, product review, email, and survey tools that are on the market today
• If we don’t have an integration, Topbox will build it at no cost
Invoicing and Term
• Annual contracts with annual payments (5% discount from quarterly invoicing)
• Quarterly invoicing is available as well as discounted multi-year agreements
• Net 15 payment terms via ACH
Data Retention & Visibility
• Once processed, client data is retained and displayed for 90 days
• Clients have the option to extend the data visibility to 6, 13 or 24 months
• The data retention period is extended to match the data visibility period
• Upon contract termination all client data is destroyed
Security
• Topbox is PCI, SOC2, HIPAA and GDPR compliant
• Quarterly network scanning and annual penetration tests are completed by qualified third-party assessors
• Annual software code scans are completed by third-party qualified assessors as well
• Copies of attestation reports are available upon request
