To who it may concern,

I would speak in most glowing terms & appreciation of the work & effort
as to how Brie Equities has fulfilled its past contractual relationships to
Uniting when completing refurbishments in past years. Your company & its
sub-contractors professionalism, quality of work & communication has
been exceptional, in most part due to your personal commitment,
diligence & high standards.

As a builder, you obviously take great pride in the finished product &
this is clearly evident in the work you have completed for Uniting. Your
responsiveness, communication with property & service managers & value
add suggestions when confronted with a building issue were exceptional.

I always appreciated your support in investigating & problem solving.

I don’t believe I can recollect a single criticism of Brie Equities at any time.
This is a wonderful achievement.

I am uncertain where the future might take us, but if the opportunity
arises, I know I will reacquaint myself with Brie Equities & Ian Sharkey.

Thanks Ian, you have been a wonderful supporter of Uniting, our services
& residents.
