Guidelines

1. Please register by joining the cccc Powerball group in the GroupMe appl; text tennis pro

zach williams at 512.818.7824 to receive the link to join the group.

2. matches will be played on tuesday evenings at 7pm. the matches will be made up of men's and

ladies doubles, singles and mixed doubles - the evening format will depend on the number of

players registered each time.

3. match scoring format: Two sets and a 10 point tiebreaker in leu of the third set. regular

scoring.

4. doubles and mixed doubles: each set will be played with a different partner on the court.

5. singles: players will play two sets and the third set tiebreaker.

6. five dollars from the ten dollar nightly fee will go into a pool. at the end of the evening, a

powerball number will be drawn. the number on the ball will represent the total number of

games won by a player. if that number matches your total number of games won - you win the

cash pool in the form of a gift certificate. if two players have the same number as the

powerball - the pool will be split evenly. If three or more players have the number drawn,

the pool will be added to the following week's pool.

7. adding up your games won: each game won will count as one point. the third set tiebreaker -

points won will be included. example: 7-6, 4-6, 10-8 = 21 points to the winner and 20 points to

the loser. the highest score possible, 7-6, 7-6, 10-9 = 24 points. The powerball drawing will

have balls numbered 1 to 24.
