READY FOR A CHANGE?

 KEEP AN EYE OUT ON

 COURTS 3 AND 11….

I am excited to announce that your Tennis and Swim Committee has been

hard at work securing upgrades to court #3 and court #11 with the use of the

generous donations by our members through the C&D fund. The total cost of
the project is $77,500 - the Board of Governors voted to approve the project

and to cover the difference of $14,000. Both courts will be repaired and leveled

   and then have a

PRO-CUSHION Hybrid surface installed on them. The PRO-CUSHION Hybrid is a

fully adhered resilient mat system installed over the entire court surface. Pro-
Cushions unique composition results in a precise, uniform thickness that will

not harden over time providing cushioned comfort and reduces the potential

for injury to tennis players bones, joints, and ligaments. That is 18% force

reduction. After the Pro-Cushion is installed, the courts will be resurfaced and

   ready for play.
Court Eleven will be then converted to three (3) permanent pickleball courts.

The courts will be oriented north/south as the tennis courts are. One court on

the north side and two pickleball courts on the south side (side by side). When

the project is completed, we will then have 4 permanent pickleball courts for

our members. We are anticipating starting the project in early April, the project
should take about two to three weeks to complete barring any unforeseen

   weather issues.
