One of our most exciting and innovative technologies was the development of the BPRE Mobile

Search App in 2014. Each agent with Bend Premier Real Estate can have their own personally
branded app complete with their photo and contact information… and all inquiries made on that
app go directly to that agent. Complete with current GPS technology, this is a fantastic tool to share
with past, current, and especially potential new clients. From the backend of the app, brokers can

see exactly what their contacts are looking at as well as the phone numbers for easy lead
connection.

Bend Premier agents also have access to a second mobile app for free from VoicePad. This is not

just an app, but a complete mobile property website complete with text and audio details and
large property photos. Allowing 24-7 info right from the curb via text or phone call, the VoicePad

system is another creative way to stand heads over the competition when it comes to marketing
residential properties. This system can be used in lieu of or in partnership with property flyers!
