1. Specifying the role
Our advisory practice (CHS) works hand in hand with you to define the role, the
experience required, the behavioural characteristics and the true needs of the
position. Our knowledge, proficiency and collective experience provides you with
invaluable and exclusive information on the market and its individuals.
2. Research, mapping and strategy
Once we have made a decision on timescales and the drive behind this, our
consultants will work with you to shape a program to deliver agreed objectives. Our
Global Network, experience and proactive approach will ensure we locate potential
candidates efficiently.
3. Identifying the perfect candidate
Once applicants are recognised and interest is gained we typically travel to them to
meet with them in person to further understand their experience and, if they are the
right candidate, secure their commitment to the process.
4. Interviews and offer
A client lead, will interface between yourselves and applicants from start to finish,
ensuring the process is adhered to and expectations are met on both sides, leading
to a higher success rate at offer. This will include regular contact with the
candidates including such issues as management of any potential counter offers.
Freshfield Services will never leave a client or candidate in the dark regarding a role
and will always provide advice and counsel to either party to ensure mutual
satisfaction.
5. Post Placement Care
CHS is never a one stop shop, we wish to be the partner of choice and will remain in
contact with both the Hiring Director and applicant on a continual basis. Both client
and candidate satisfaction is important to us, as well as assuring the purpose has
been fulfilled. We use this opportunity to analyse feedback, build on successes and
continue to build upon the relationships created by the search process.
