How Do We Engage With VPs •

Venture Partners will become a core part of the Praetura story

Venture Partner • Praetura Ventures will host six monthly Venture Partner Dinners
Dinners • Opportunity to network and engage with like-minded entrepreneurs
• Presentations and updates from selected portfolio companies

Co-Investment • Opportunity to co-invest in all Praetura transactions (on top of Fund investment)

Opportunities • Allows Venture Partners to increase their weighting in transactions they like
• Introducer Venture Partner will be allowed first opportunity to co-invest

• For those Venture Partners with an appetite to be more involved, VP can take a Board seat
on our behalf
Investor Director Roles • Praetura would still retain ownership of all admin and financial review, providing a support
function to VPs so they can focus on adding value through strategic direction
