Praetura Group
Introduction
The Praetura Group provides alternative equity
and debt funding solutions to SMEs, predominantly in
the North West of England.
The Company was founded in 2011 by Mike
Fletcher, David Foreman and Peadar O’Reilly who left
senior roles within investment banking and asset
based lending at top tier financial institutions.
Headquartered in Manchester with an additional
office in Liverpool, Praetura is strategically located to
source and work alongside companies across the
North West.
