What we will do if deals don’t progress to investment

We will always provide open, honest and timely feedback if
we aren’t likely to progress the opportunity

Introducing VP will have access to any work undertaken by
Praetura and external diligence providers

We will provide Introducing VP with structuring advice and
considerations as appropriate if they still want to proceed

We will provide template investment documentation and
introductions to panel lawyers to facilitate private investment

We will work with VP to prepare an investment proposal and
circulate this within the Venture Partner network
