panel on relevant pipeline transactions we are investigating and in
Strategic respect of challenges or opportunities presented within the portfolio.
Advice
• We may also ask you to provide formal or informal mentorship and
advice to the entrepreneurs and management teams we back

• For those Venture Partners with an appetite to be more involved, a
Venture Partner can take a Board seat on our behalf

Investor • Praetura would still retain ownership of all administration services and
Director Roles financial review, providing a support function to Venture Partners so they
can focus on adding value through strategic direction
• Remuneration, in the form of fees or sweet equity, to be agreed on a
case-by-case basis

• Investment commitment of £250k in the Praetura EIS 2019 Fund

Venture Partner • We would, with your permission, use your name in marketing material for
Commitment Praetura Ventures

• Facilitation fee of £5k per annum
