globe, Mizrachi – an acronym for merkaz ruchani
(spiritual center) – was founded in 1902 by Rabbi
Yitzchak Yaakov Reines, and is led today by Rabbi
Doron Perez. Mizrachi’s role was then and remains
with vigor today, to be a proactive partner and to
take personal responsibility in contributing to the
collective destiny of Klal Yisrael through a commitment
to Torah, the Land of Israel and the People of Israel. JEWS
