Current and emerging technologies are now part of the DNA of the passenger journey. This interactive panel session will focus on solutions that can create a unique passenger experience using innovation as a driver
of change. It will feature the experience of different stakeholders that affect the passenger journey: OEMs, onboard-hospitality and amenity suppliers, airlines, new technology providers, and passenger experience specialists. The issues to be explored will include:
• Understanding and better addressing emerging passenger needs
• Identifying how existing and new technology innovations affect the passenger journey
• Communicating new concepts and ideas to the passenger
• Addressing aspects of the entire passenger journey (from start to nish)
• Encourage passenger-centric design to create seamless experiences
