AGILE & GENERAL
ETIQUETTE
Clear Desk Policy
We operate a clear desk policy, which means that
your personal and work items are put in lockers overnight leaving the workspace as you found it, clear and functional for everyone the next day
Eating
and drinking
To promote wellbeing and keep areas tidy, don’t eat at your desk, use one of the spaces provided.
Choosing where to work
Whether it is an open area, a desk or a meeting room, think about what you need and don’t
“camp out” if you don’t need to be there.
Being a good neighbour
Being flexible about flexible working is key to ensure that no
individual is disadvantaged by the choices of others.
Thinking about others and general etiquette is key to
an agile, collaborative and productive workplace.
Sharing of calendars and schedules
It’s up to you to own your flexibility and make sure that
others know when you are still contactable, even if you
are not in the office.
The Hub
The hub’s primary and priority use is social;
however, you can host informal meetings outside
peak break times.
Special individual chairs are labelled. Please do
not use or adjust them
