On display will be a diverse range of ingredients, ne and functional foods from these countries – all tapping into the health and wellbeing consumer trends.

Liam will be showcasing ingredients in a variety of innovative and healthy foods and drinks available for visitors to taste including avoured teas and coffees, bakery products, ice cream with extra toppings.
