What has been observed in the school is that majority of the teachers in the school

cannot operate these devices and they prefer to still use the old school method of

chalk and talk. Technology is still not being used to aid the process of teaching and
learning; these devices are not being used at all by most teachers. This then sets

back the progress that has been made to move towards a digital classroom. An ideal
teacher should be able to incorporate the use of power point slides that are visually

appealing which will catch the learner’s interest. The teacher should use videos to
ensure that visual leaners are incorporated in the lesson as well as audible learners

this will ensure that all the learning styles of the learners are catered for in the

classroom.
The teacher must be able to use various assessment tools that will grab the learner’s

attention and accomplish the lesson out comes. Teacher can use various online
tools like kahoot, google docs and so forth to ensure that the forms of assessment is

flexible and can be able to accommodate learners different learning styles. Teacher
must be able to move and adapt with the times, this means that teacher must be

lifelong learners in order to keep up with the times and to know which technological

tools can be used with different content that is being taught.
