About Us
Kick it Forward was founded in 2012 by local business leaders, who after
successful college or professional soccer careers want to share their passion for
the game with the next generation.
In 2019, our organization embarked on a journey with Musco Lighting,
the world leader in lighting, to bring its state of the art Mini-Pitch system to
every community neighborhood in Iowa. This unique partnership has allowed us
to create accessible, safe and fun places for kids and adults from every walk of
life to feel welcomed, respected and supported as they nurture their own
passions for the game of soccer.
Simply put, our mission is to use the transformative power of soccer to
encourage every Iowan to be a powerful resource for their own health and
well-being and to promote social change. Please feel welcome to join us in our
journey as we reach out to every Iowan who loves soccer.
