Among all species of carp, Rohu is the most popular. It has a medium-mild flavor and a non-oily
texture giving it a versatile taste. Owing to its unique flavor, the Rui is heavily consumed and
prepared in a variety of ways. It’s a rich source of high quality protein, vitamin C and omega-3 fatty
acids. Bigger fish are generally tastier and provide ample amounts of vitamin D and niacin. Please
