Pencader Building XI Distribution Facility

Bernardon provided architectural design and space planning services, as well as coordination
of engineering disciplines, for a 191,000 SF distribution center in Pencader Business Park.
As the first building to use tilt-up concrete panels in this established business park, the
design needed to establish a strong image in an extremely competitive marketplace. The
result was a building that reflects the developer’s desire to exceed the standards of the
speculative building market by providing maximum flexibility, eye-catching aesthetics, and
a sensible bottom line.
