This new addition to the Village at Valley Forge is a
flexible-stay rental community, catering to the
corporate community of the area. The building
features 275 fully furnished luxury apartments with
spacious floor plans, 9-foot ceilings, and oversized
windows. Roughly 18,000 square feet is dedicated to
fitness centers, a café, and a business lounge. An
outdoor courtyard amenity space includes an in-
ground pool, gas fire pit, and an outdoor kitchen with
gas grilles. The parking is provided by a two level,
enclosed parking garage.

FAIRFIELD INN + SUITES
Philadelphia, PA

The new Fairfield Inn + Suites, located in historic
Washington Square West, is an ambitious renovation
of the Parker-Spruce Hotel, built in 1923. The
deteriorated hotel was purchased by the Wankawala
Organization in 2015. This began a 3-year
restoration process that incorporated the building’s
historical elements while renovating the interior to
meet the needs of the modern traveler. The
renovation created 85 king-sized rooms and 21
doubles.

LIFESTYLE COMMUNITY
Lancaster, PA

AEI was engaged to provide Mechanical, Electrical,
Plumbing and Fire Protection engineering services
for a residential lifestyle community in Lancaster,
Pennsylvania. The new construction consists of a 20-
level building with 15 stories of 147 residential units,
two levels of retail and amenities, plus two levels at
the roof for amenities and mechanical equipment.
Amenities of the lifestyle community include a spa,
indoor pool, jacuzzi/whirlpool, sauna, wellness
center, library, conference rooms, lounges, ballroom,
and a dog run.
