Michael S. McCloskey, AIA, LEED AP | Dwell Market Group Leader
Michael is a Vice President with Bernardon who leads the firm’s Dwell and Educate Market
Groups. He has special areas of expertise in urban redevelopment, urban design, and place
making with a particular interest in smart urban growth and housing patterns. Mike is
recognized for a design process that instills efficient and aesthetic design considerations
that respond to the varying goals of his clients. His design and project experience
reinforces the firm’s prominent presence with several key project types including hotels,
multi-unit residential, housing for aging, amenity spaces, and higher education. He shares
his passion and enthusiasm for design as an Adjunct Professor at Drexel University’s
Westphal College of Media Arts & Design and member of the Board of Directors for the
Delaware Valley Smart Growth Alliance (DVSGA).
