            Location: Shippensburg, Pennsylvania

            Design Statement:  Bernardon  provided architectural
            design services and tenant improvement services for a 1.2
            million SF speculative distribution building on a design-build
            basis. The building’s program consists of open warehouse
            space, with tenant spaces at opposite ends of the building.
            The building is fully leased to Lowe’s.


            To minimize cost due to the building’s large footprint,
            a repetitive, concrete panel exterior wall system is used
            throughout the length of the building in a regularized
            pattern.  A key architectural feature that draws interest to the
            building is the design of the building’s two main entrances,
            which provide access to the future tenant office spaces.
