Location: Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania

Bernardon provided architectural and interior design
services for a corporate tenant fit-out at Building II of
Bryn Mawr Village, a mixed-use project which was also
designed by Bernardon. The tenant was the owner of the
property who occupied a second floor office suite totaling
approximately 4,800 SF.

The owners were looking for an office space that would
blend both their personal styles and make a powerful visual
impact when you enter their suite. The task at hand; blend
industrial with classic clean contemporary style.

The industrial influence begins with open exposed ceilings.
polished concrete floors, metal acid washed panels, rustic
wood accent walls and industrial light fixtures. This is
blended with contemporary full vision glass office fronts
with low profile black aluminum frames, classic Knoll
furniture pieces, large 4’x4’ black suspended ceiling accents,
and open modular workstations.
