The George is a 200-unit, multifamily development
comprised of two residential structures, with both
buildings surrounding a central courtyard, a vast array
of indoor and outdoor amenity features for residents to
enjoy have been thoughtfully planned. Outdoor spaces
include a pool, dog park, grilling areas, bocce court,
fire pits, and general lounge areas. A gym with areas for
fitness classes, game lounge, fireplace lounge, café, and
conference rooms provide residents with interior spaces
for health and wellness, socialization, and interaction.
The community is designed with the intent to achieve
LEED for Home certification at the Silver level.
